Lots of Love Pet Care is hiring part time with all hours available. We service Sioux City, Dakota Dunes, North Sioux City, South Sioux City and Sergeant Bluff - employees drive to any of those locations for work. This is a fast paced, physically active position and work takes place indoors and outdoors in the elements.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in a career in pet care and willing to commit long term to the position so that we are able to provide the best continuous care to our clients.
This position is for a pet sitter/dog walker. You would be going to each clients’ home to care for their pets. You should be able to handle all of the pets without being overwhelmed. You would be feeding, administering medication, walking dogs, letting dogs outside to go potty, cleaning litter boxes, cleaning up any messes, checking to make sure the house is okay when clients are out of town, bringing in mail, watering plants, and other tasks.
Requirements:
Authorized to work in the US
18 or older
Willing to undergo drug screening
Willing to submit background check
Have a reliable vehicle, one that can get around during the winter months as well
Have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and registration
Have a smartphone and reliable access to the internet
